Thirty-two hectares of forest, meadow and shoreline on the most wind-protected bay of Lago Lezana. Two hills carry more than forty metres of relief, so a house sited high looks down the length of the lake and across to the Andes, while the ground at the bottom stays flat enough to build on and to work.
Lago Lezana runs north to south, and the wind runs with it. Almost every parcel on the lake takes that wind broadside. This one does not — the property wraps a bay that opens to the north, sheltered on both sides by its own hills. It is the calmest water on Lezana, and it is why this parcel is priced as it is.
Ten minutes from the paved road, twenty from Cholila, an hour from the Rivadavia and the Arrayanes.

FOR BUYERS ABROAD
Can a foreigner buy rural land on a lake?
Foreigners can hold title in Argentina without residency or a DNI. But rural land is treated differently from urban land, and Ley 26.737 sets limits on foreign ownership of rural parcels, with particular provisions where the land borders a significant body of water. That question belongs to an escribano which I can put you in touch with. This page is orientation, not legal advice.
